Desflurane Inhalation, oral / nebulization

A doctor or other trained health professional will give you desflurane in a hospital. desflurane is given via a vaporizer and breathed in through your mouth.

Your doctor will give you some medicines before receiving Suprane®.

The concentrations of desflurane in milk are probably of no clinical importance 24 hours after anesthesia. Because of rapid washout, desflurane concentrations in milk are predicted to be below those found with other volatile potent anesthetics.
