Cocet Plus

Cocet Plus (acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets) is indicated for the relief of mild to moderately severe pain.

Cocet Plus (acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets, USP, 650 mg/60 mg) is available as white, capsule-shaped tablets, debossed "POLY 312" on one side and "Cocet Plus" on the other side in bottles of 100 tablets, NDC 50991-312-01 and 500 tablets, NDC 50991-312-05.

Storage

Store at 20° to 25° (68° to 77°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].

Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container with child-resistant closure.
