Examples include boceprevir, cobicistat, mifepristone, nefazodone, telaprevir, azole antifungals (such as itraconazole, ketoconazole), macrolide antibiotics (such as erythromycin, clarithromycin), HIV protease inhibitors (such as lopinavir, ritonavir), HIV NNRTI's (such as delavirdine), rifamycins (such as rifampin, rifabutin), among others.
