Purpose
Anticavity toothpaste

Use  aids in the prevention of dental decay

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.

If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions    supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
                   do not swallow

adults and children 2 years and older                brush teeth thoroughly after meals or at least twice a day, or use as directed by a dentist or physician
children under 6 years                                         instruct in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing)
children under 2 years                                         ask a dentist or physician

  • Signs of an allergic reaction, like rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
  • Very upset stomach or throwing up.

Hypersensitivity

Hypersensitivity side effects including allergic reactions have been reported.[Ref]

Oncologic

It has been shown that fluoride ion has potential to induce chromosome aberrations in cultured human and animal cells at doses much higher than those to which humans are exposed. In vivo data are conflicting.[Ref]
