  • Glaucoma (angle-closure type) or
  • Heart or blood vessel disease or
  • Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) or
  • Schizophrenia (mental illness) or
  • Seizures, history of or
  • Urinary retention (trouble urinating), history of—Use with caution. May make these conditions worse.
  • Heart attack, recent—Should not be used in patients with this condition.
